Join me for yoga every Wednesday until the end of the year in Paddington, Sydney.
The class will offer Hatha yoga and gentle vinyasa, focussed on reconnecting people to their bodies, breath and spirit. The class is open to all levels, no prior experience necessary with a balance between challenging postures and rest.
The class will cover the foundation and alignment of each posture, Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), Pranayama (breath practice) with the occasional Chakra balancing (energy centres) or yoga-related theme to shape the class.
What to bring: Your own yoga mat, and other props you like to practice with.
What to wear: Yoga tights or other comfortable clothing.
Cost: $15 per class or stay for meditation and pay $25 for both.
