Mindfulness meditation and guided relaxation.

Join me for a guided meditation session every Wednesday until the end of the year in Paddington, Sydney.

The class will offer mindfulness meditation along with some other traditional yogic breath and restorative practices. It will vary from week-to-week and I promise to make it enjoyable. The class is open to all levels from those learning to meditate, to those with an established practice.

Mindfulness meditation is a wonderful approach to cultivating a calmer mind, alleviating stress, and gaining clarity of thought. It brings a sense of curiosity to everyday situations, strips away the “drama” and “stories” from inherently neutral events and liberates the naturally quiet mind, from the monkey chatter that comes with modern life.

Yoga nidra and other forms of guided relaxation help the body and mind to settle into deep stillness, a beautiful reprieve in the middle of your week. Meditation helps people to access deep intelligence, detach from stressful situations and reconnect to the joy of living.

What to bring: A comfortable support, like a yoga mat, blanket or cushion.
What to wear: Comfortable, loose clothing.
Cost: $15 per class or $25 for yoga and meditation.
